These data are processed only for the time necessary for the selection and transmission of the fonts.
The legal basis for the data processing is the legitimate interest (unconditional technical necessity for the provision and delivery of the service “website” expressly requested by you by your call) pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics for the purpose of statistical analysis of your use of our website/our services. Your IP address is collected by us before it is anonymized by Google by shortening it before it is permanently stored on their servers. Processed data are usage data & connection data. The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4 Ireland (as joint controller, Art. 26 DSGVO). Should Google transfer this data to a third country (e.g. the USA), this will only be done on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with Decision (EU) 2016/1250 – “EU-US Privacy Shield”.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent (opt-in in the cookie banner), provided that you have given us this during your first visit to our website/services. The legal basis for the integration of Google Analytics therefore results from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. On the basis of your consent, we store personal data on your terminal device by means of cookies and read out such data. If you have not given us your consent to use Google Analytics (no opt-in in the cookie banner), we do not use Google Analytics in the context of your visits to our website/services.
reCaptcha
We use the Google service reCaptcha to determine whether a human or a computer makes a certain entry in our contact form. Google checks whether you are a human or a computer using the following data: IP address of the terminal device used, the website you visit with us and on which the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, the recognition data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks that require you to identify images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 para. 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our side in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated entries (attacks).
SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
